George Scotch is an American veteran of the Vietnam War, and commander of Eyes of Somahar.
If you hold him up and do not kill or tranquilise him, he will tell you that he only formed this group because of his trauma, and wanted to take revenge on America for doing so. He also takes off his commander outfit to reveal a shirt saying “ANITA IS GOD”, a reference to Anita Sarkeesian, infamous SJW, which is one of the things the franchise mocks. He also gives you his XM16E1, some .45 and 5.56 ammo and some photos of his service in Vietnam. You can either kill him or free him, but neither affect your stress or rating, and you are even encouraged to kill him. Killing him will alert the rebels if your weapon isn't silenced, though.
